Tom Herr, St Louis Cardinals, had 110 RBI and 8 home runs in 1985. Paul Molitor accomplished the feat in 1996 but with the American League Minnesota Twins.
Herr played in his only all-star game in 1985 -- with a double a run scored in 3 at-bats while starting at second base -- and was fifth in National League MVP voting. During his career from 1979 to 1991, Herr had 574 RBI and hit 28 home runs.
