Section 4: Donovan Gingrich, Conrad Weiser quarterback, vs. Fleetwood, 17 of 26 passing for 223 yards, 2 touchdowns.

Hempfield quarterback Cam Harbaugh led the way as the North beat the South 27-17 in the Manheim Touchdown Club's 20th annual Tri-County All-Star Football Game featuring the top seniors from Lancaster, Lebanon and Berks counties.

Harbaugh had two rushing touchdowns, passed for more than 100 yards and caught a pass himself.

Harbaugh and Wilson quarterback Brad Hoffman, who played for the South squad, were named most valuable players.

Offensive Back of the Year: Cam Harbaugh, Hempfield

Bruce Kilmoyer, a 21-year official, was named the 2021 winner of the McMillan-Hurst Award presented by the Lancaster Chapter of PIAA Football Officials to its top official.

The award has been presented annually since 1961 to an official who demonstrates good officiating techniques, has a good understanding of the rules and has helped improve the caliber of officiating in the Lancaster-Lebanon League.
